DAV has brought such joy to my family! My son started dancing with DAV when he was 6 and he's now beginning his 4th year with this amazing studio. He began by taking youth classes in ballet, jazz/lyrical and musical theater and was then invited to join the Academy program (pre-professional). The teachers are warm and nurturing and also really push and challenge the students in the best possible way. I can really see improvements year-over-year in my son's dancing. My son has truly blossomed because of DAV--he's gained confidence, made friends and he's learned that he can accomplish a lot through hard work. DAV is much more than a dance school, it is a community, and the teachers and leaders are so invested in our kids. The parents and older students are also incredibly welcoming. Through DAV, my son has had the opportunity to perform in the Nutcracker and annual recitals, participate in dance competitions, and audition for youth roles with local professional companies. He calls DAV his "happy place" and it is easy to see why.

My daughter attended several camps and loved then all – first, the Frozen camp, JoJo Siwa and finally Hamilton camp! She really fell in love with dancing jazz, and adding other styles. DAV does a great job in making the children (and parents who drop and pick them up) safe during COVID-19 times. The studio is cozy and clean, and everyone is wearing masks to make sure others and themselves stay healthy!
