Sydney Foust is originally from Prince George’s County, Maryland, and currently lives in Fairfax, Virginia. She graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Psychology and has built an impressive career as both a dance educator and performer.

Passionate about mentorship and leadership, Sydney is dedicated to helping dancers grow in confidence, artistry, and technique.

Sydney's teaching experience includes Dance Expressions, Adrenaline Dance Force, Adrenaline Dance Studio, serving as Head Coach of the Flint Hill Middle School Dance Team, and Assistant Coach of the Flint Hill School Dance Team. She currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Visual and Performing Arts at George Mason University and is the Program Director and Head Coach of the university's Green Machine Majorette Dance Team.

As a performer, Sydney has appeared in a local artist's music video, performed at the White House Easter Egg Roll for three consecutive years, danced with Urban Artistry's Urbanknowlogy Dance Foundation and its collegiate company, UK101, and performed at venues including Capital One Arena, Barclays Center, and PPG Paints Arena with the Green Machine. She also currently performs with the hip hop team Chrome7.

This year, Sydney will be part of the administrative team, supporting both the McLean and Del Ray locations. Her advice for the year ahead is: Give yourself the same grace you give others.
