Meet Ms.Savannah!

Ms. Savannah has been passionate about dance since she started at 3, and has been continuing her passion through teaching for the past 19 years. In 2020, she began teaching for Ballet & Books, a nonprofit in Ithaca, NY, that connects underprivileged children with dance classes and literacy mentors.

Growing up, Savannah trained at Centreville Dance Academy from ages 3 to 18, studying ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and musical theatre. She was also a member of the Centreville Dance Theatre competition team for nine years. Savannah spent four years in high school on the Westfield High School Varsity Dance Team, competing in jazz and performing pom, jazz, and hip-hop.

During her college years at Cornell University, she danced on the Cornell University Dance Team for four years, performing and competing in pom, jazz, and hip-hop. Her team became finalists at UDA College Nationals in January 2024. Additionally, Savannah choreographed and performed with Cornell's Rise Dance Group and On Tap Dance Troupe.

Ms. Savannah graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Mathematics and currently works full-time as a Defense Data Scientist.
