Tuition is paid in full by the start of each session.

Discounts- 5% Sibling or 5% Multiple class discounts offered.

$25 registration fee & $35 COVID cleaning fee applied to tuition (Online only attendees cleaning fee is waived)

On-going enrollment- tuition prorated to start date.

Tuition refunds are not granted.

Make-up classes may be taken online. If studio space and class size permits, a studio make-up may be granted. Contact Academy by email or phone to inquire.

Weather Policy- in case of inclement weather, DAV will announce updates and closures on the website and social media. If no cancellation is announced 2 hours prior to class start time, classes are running as normal. If studio closes but weather permits, classes will be held on zoom.
Studio & Online Classes

Every in-studio class is offered on zoom and held simultaneously.

Each registered student receives a zoom link for their class.

On enrollment form please indicate if you are requesting to attend class in the studio or online only for the session. Studio space limited due to COVID-19 social distancing guidelines.

For popular classes, an in-studio/virtual rotation schedule will be arranged.

For missed classes, please request the class recording within 24 hours of class time. Class recordings are saved and available to view for 1 week only.

Technology- the academy has invested in teacher microphones and recording equipment to enhance the online experience. If technical difficulties arise, we will help troubleshoot and send the class recording.

Zoom attendees- please log into link no later than 5 minutes before class start time so teacher can admit you to class. Once class starts, teacher will not be able to admit late arrivals until class break.

If attending session online only, student may request 1-30 minute online private lesson per session.

The safety of our students, families and faculty is our top priority and we are following local and state guidelines and taking additional precautions advised by Dance/USA for dance schools.

Studio assignment & drop off/pick up- You will receive drop off/pick up instructions for which entrance to use based on studio assignment.

Facility facts:

Facility suite has its own HVAC system.

Each studio has its own building entrance.
-
Bathrooms and all common area touch points are sanitized daily.

Studios, barres, doors, & other touch points are cleaned between classes.

UV lights are used daily to sanitize air. Air purifiers and fans are used for ventilation.

Studio doors will remain open for optimal ventilation.

Referral Program
Refer a friend and receive a $50 credit towards future tuition! We are grateful for your support in helping us build this DAV community. As a thank you for your personal recommendations, we will offer you a tuition credit once your referral becomes a new student at DAV.

The new student receives a $20 credit for future tuition.

Eligible referrals are for new students only.

When new students enrolls, provide name & email of referring family. Or give us the contact information of your referral and we will reach out to them.

Once new student completes first session, tuition credits are available for use.

Credit is valid for 1 year and may only be applied towards tuition.

Up to 6 referrals per family can be awarded annually.
