Our Adult Hip Hop class is a high-energy class while still providing a structured method of learning a variety of dance movements. This cardio-filled class offers a non-intimidating approach to learning hip hop. The choreography taught by our instructors is thoughtfully created so students of all backgrounds can understand and succeed at hip hop dance.
Our Adult Tap class help you develop a sense of rhythm and musicality as well as having fun along the way! Through warm-up exercises, improvisation, and choreography, adult tap students will learn how to shift weight, execute motions efficiently, recognize styles of music, and express rhythm through sound and movement.
BarreFit: Join this popular class, Ballet/Dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body. You don't have to be a dancer to do this workout! Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, releves, stretches and jumps. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.
Ballet: 2 levels offered- Beginner for the student new to ballet and Beginning/intermediate level for those with experience. Class will begin at the barre , then progress to the center for bigger movements.
