BarreFit: Join this popular class, Ballet/Dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body. You don't have to be a dancer to do this workout! Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, releves, stretches and jumps. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

Ballet: 2 levels offered- Beginner for the student new to ballet and Beginning/intermediate level for those with experience. Class will begin at the barre , then progress to the center for bigger movements.


Broadway Tap/Jazz: Learn tap and jazz fundamentals with fun broadway show routines.
